These Florida Publix stores are shutting down ahead of Hurricane Helene. Here’s when

With Hurricane Helene expected to make landfall in Florida on Thursday, Publix has announced that stores in Helene’s expected path are set to close early ahead of the storm’s arrival.

According to the National Hurricane Center, Helene is on track to make landfall somewhere in the Big Bend area of Florida, meaning Publix stores in the panhandle and along Central Florida’s Gulf coast will have their hours changed.

These stores are set to close sometime on Wednesday or Thursday, though they’re all scheduled to reopen on Friday at 7 a.m.
