BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Florida’s Space Coast is home to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, the busiest launch sites in the world.
This year, the spaceport is more crowded than ever as SpaceX, ULA and Astra deliver satellites and astronauts into low-Earth orbit.
We’ve compiled a non-exhaustive list of upcoming Space Coast launches to keep you in the know.
Keep checking back because as most space enthusiasts know, launch schedules are subject to change due to weather, technical reasons and range restrictions.

Date: Sept. 28 (at the earliest)
Vehicle: SpaceX Falcon 9
Mission: NASA Crew-9. NASA astronaut Nick Hague (commander) and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Gorbunov (mission specialist) — half of the original crew of four — will launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 to the International Space Station for a science expedition. In February, Starliner astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams will join them in SpaceX Dragon’s two empty seats for a return trip back to Earth.

Vehicle: ULA Vulcan
Mission: ULA will launch its second Vulcan rocket to earn certification from the Space Force for future national security missions.

Vehicle: SpaceX Falcon Heavy
Mission: NASA’s Europa Clipper is a solar-powered spacecraft designed to conduct the first detailed investigations of Jupiter’s icy moon Europa.

Location: Kennedy Space Center
Date: Spring 2025 (at the earliest)
Vehicle: New Glenn
Mission: Blue Origin will launch its powerhouse New Glenn rocket on its maiden flight from Cape Canaveral, sending NASA’s ESCAPADE mission to Mars.
