BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Two people were killed in a rear-end crash early Wednesday morning in Brevard County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. on Malabar Road at Marie Street in Malabar.
Troopers said two vehicles were traveling east on Malabar Road when one struck the other from behind.
Two people in the vehicle that was rear-ended were pronounced dead at the scene.
The names and ages of the victims have not been released.
The roads were closed around 2:30 a.m. but later reopened.
An investigation is ongoing.
